These terms govern your use of ai-cmo.dev (the “Service”), operated by Didit. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Contact: hello@ai-cmo.dev.
The Service
ai-cmo.dev provides AI-assisted marketing analysis and content generation. You may connect third-party accounts (for example Google, X, or LinkedIn) so the Service can publish content you approve. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you choose to publish through them.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with the terms of any connected platform, including their automation and content policies. You will not use the Service to send spam, resell API data, or infringe the rights of others.
Plans, billing, and credits
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. Credits are consumed as described in the product and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
